Field Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proven Field Sales Manager to help oversee the running of an established residential sales campaign on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading brands.

Experience in direct sales and field sales management is essential for this role. 

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Field Sales Manager will have responsibility for:

  • Overseeing all day-to-day activities of their team of Sales Representatives.
  • Leading by example in the field and constantly striving to improve performance across the team.
  • Providing support, guidance and mentoring to all staff in their team.
  • Motivating the team to give 100% every day.
  • Regular reporting with senior management on team performance and other KPI’s.
  • Providing office and field based training to all new & existing Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining the highest professional standards across the sales team.

The Individual

Our Field Sales Manager shall possess:

  • A strong background in the successful management of field sales teams.
  • A proven history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire their teams to consistently perform at the highest level.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
