C3 Marketing opened its doors in Dublin in 2011, and set up its first international office in Leicester, UK, just two years later.
A significant factor behind C3’s success is that our sales packages generate real value for customers – some €6 million in full since we launched.
In 2014 we initiated the C3 Sales Academy, an original staff training scheme that gives new employees hands-on skills in four disciplines, including direct sales and team leadership.

Ronan Quinn

Company Director

Ronan has worked in advertising and marketing for 11 years. Major tenures include account management roles at McConnell’s Advertising (Dublin), WPP Group’s Atlas Advertising (London), Clemenger BBDO and Singleton Ogilvy & Mather (Sydney), where he worked with clients such as Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Allied Irish Bank, SC Johnson, and Diageo.

Ronan moved into direct sales in 2009, working for Hannah Direct (Sydney) to recruit, train and mentor a team of sales representatives. He returned to Dublin in 2011 to co-found C3 Marketing with Mike Jones.

Mike Jones

Company Director

Mike’s career began in restaurant management, where he quickly showed a flair for people management. He began studying International Business as a mature student in his mid-twenties, gaining a B.A. (Hons) First Class degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.

A study and work year in Hong Kong in 2008 gave him first-hand insights into international business management, while a subsequent year working in Australia taught Mike the fundamentals of direct sales. In 2011, Mike relocated to Ireland to form C3 Marketing with Ronan Quinn.

Daragh O’Sulllivan

Finance & Operations Director

Daragh began his career in Dublin as a certified Chartered Accountant, before taking on a three-year role as Financial Accountant for a multinational insurance company.

Shifting his career to London, Daragh worked for several years in investment finance for a $1 billion investment fund, in roles including Financial Controller and Compliance Officer. Post-London, he has assisted in the setting up of recruitment agency in Glasgow, and worked with a humanitarian aid agency among other roles before joining C3.

Darren Clarke

Sales Manager

Darren worked as an electrician for eight years before deciding to go travelling. He then started working in direct sales in Sydney. Darren set up his own sales and marketing company in Dublin which he ran for four years. C3 Marketing approached Darren in September 2017 with the idea of working together to help grow and expand C3’s sales teams. Darren has vast experience working with various national and international clients.

Colm James

Field Sales Manager

Colm began his sales career in 2014 in a commission-only job and consistently appeared in the Top 3 reps in the country, competing with over 600 Reps and Team Leaders across Ireland. He also placed first in a company European bulletin competing with over 3000 fellow professionals. In February 2016, he moved over to C3 Marketing as a Team Leader, seeing the potential for growth and further progression.

Cian McGlinchey

Field Sales Manager

Cian has worked in sales, sales coaching, and management for four years. He began working with C3 in October 2017 and loves the fun and positive environment and great work/life balance. He continues to overcome challenges in the way of personal progression and breaking comfort zones. He spends his spare time traveling to places like Antarctica, Borneo, Argentina. Notable activities include climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and visiting the pyramids in Egypt.

Eoin Byrne

Field Sales Manager

Eoin began his career in hospitality, working as a bar and restaurant manager for 20 years. In early 2017, he ventured into the sales industry where he quickly became one of his company’s top performing Sales Representatives in the country. As a result of this, he got to visit Barcelona and Belgium to meet other leading Sales Representatives from different countries. Eoin started working with C3 Marketing in October 2017, where he went on to become a Team Leader and then a Field Sales Manager in less than a year.

Rory Brennan

Field Sales Manager

Rory’s career began in the telemarketing industry, where over the space of two years, he focused on developing his work ethic and customer service skills. Having gained experience from a number of sectors ranging from telecommunications to financial institutions, Rory found his calling at C3 Marketing in October 2017. He showed a tenacious drive for success and quickly rose through the ranks from Fundraiser to Field Sales Manager. He is now looking to progress further and is excited for what the future holds at C3.

Fiona Byrne

Office Manager

An organisational veteran, Fiona’s skills range from market research to operations and recruitment, within fields as diverse as marketing, telecommunications and property. She joined C3 Marketing in 2012.

Aideen McCarthy

Recruiter

Aideen began her career at C3 Marketing where she started off as an intern. She quickly evolved into a fundamental member of the team. For the past two years, Aideen has promptly progressed from Administrative Assistant to the role she now assumes: Recruiter.

Catriona Kelly

Donor Contact Manager

After studying fashion design and art for five years, Catriona wanted to learn the art of selling. She began working as a sales representative at C3 Marketing and then progressed to Donor Contact Manager where she looks after all of our charity campaigns.

Betty Lu

Recruiter

Betty began her career as a writing professional, with over seven years of experience producing content for online and print publication. She moved from Vancouver, Canada to Dublin and started working for C3 Marketing as a sales representative and fundraiser before moving on to recruitment.

Jennifer Stuart

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer has a Higher National Diploma in Business & Marketing and an LLB in Irish Law. Previously, she worked mostly in the insurance industry and is now enjoying being part of the team here at C3 Marketing.
